Make sure you have the Maxthon option "General->Show Tray Icon->Close to System Tray" set and that you answer "Yes, don't ask again" on the question "Do you want to close all tabs?" IIf there is an link for "next" - as in the Google results - click Open Next and it will take you to the next page! The default is to search for text links with "next", ">>", ">" and "next>>". Choose the option "Set default word" to add or change the default words - translate them to your language for example. Change the link text for a certain site by choosing "Set site word"! This link text is stored separately for that very site. A site is defined as eg the part between http:// and /plugins/index.html in the URL http://www.mdlist.free.fr/plugins/index.html. The site is "www.mdlist.free.fr" in this case. If you choose "Check links" Open Next will search for all matches of your "Next" word and display them, and how they matched, in a new tab. That can be very useful when trying to find a perfectly working "Next" word, if the defaults are not suitable. More information is given on the link search result page too. The Open Next plug-in will search for site specific
links first, if available for the current site,
in the order of 1) text links, 2) tag matches, 3) URL
matches. If no site specific next word is set
the default words will be checked. If no match
is made even with them the URL will be checked for a
count number. If the URL is for example: The Open Next plug-in should work on framed pages, but not if the frame is restricted by the same-origin policy. Nested frames won't work either. For the Open Previous the instructions are the same. | |

Use "Split Frames" to seperate all the frames into separate windows. Info is given in the scroll bar about number of opened frames, if the page is non-framed or if the page has off-server frames. "Biggest Frame on Top" replaces the page with the biggest frame's URL. (Credit: bookmarklet.com) Use "Realize THIS Tab" to reload the current page with it's "real URL", or "Realize ALL Tabs" to reload ALL open pages with their "real URLs"! This is useful if a page creates links that go through their URL like links in Hotmail will for example: http://65.54.244.250/cgi-bin/linkrd?_lang=EN&lah=e4d09953822 914bd3e2e83aa57545fd5&lat=1067086921&hm___action=http%3a%2f% 2fshopping%2eyahoo%2ecom will be reloaded as: http://shopping.yahoo.com/ Reloading with "real URLs" also works on Google's cached pages. Use the Realize-options and the cached pages will be reloaded as their original ones. "Back All Frames" takes every frame back to its first page (in History). (Credit: bookmarklet.com). ScrollSave is a plug-in to save and restore the scroll position on eg very long pages. Save the position, and you'll be able to go there again easily. It will save or restore the positions for ALL open tabs! When you start ScrollSave you'll get different options: 1) If ANY pages are scroll saved allready you'll be asked: Do you want to SCROLL to set positions? 2) If NO pages are scroll saved: Do you want to SET the positions? The settings are saved in the file settings.ini in the ScrollSave folder. ScrollSave works on frames, but only same server non-nested ones. | |

Select text on a page and start this plugin. It will search for the text at Google in a new tab, and shift focus to the Google tab. When you open the Google results the search terms will become auto-highlighted! If you don't select anything, there will be a prompt where you may enter a search text. *)This plug-in works on frames. The only limitation is that, if a frame resides on a different server than the main page, the search terms will not be highlighted on those frames. If a result page is forwarded or refreshed the search terms will not be highlighted either. Most framed pages are not of that kind though. Iframes should work as normal frames. | |
